I harvested my plant last Saturday and drained the tank as part of the process and just realized right now (Friday) that I didn’t put the probe in the solution or do anything other than leave them hanging in the tank.
Did I damage it? Is there a way for me to test if it’s still working, or do I need to buy a new one and replace it?

There is a decent chance the probe has dried out. The only way to know for sure is if you fill the reservoir and execute a probe calibration. I also recommend that you get your own ph pen if you don’t have one, They are cheap and can help your growing.
