My Pod is Dry

So I transplanted my plant from the Grobo Start to the Grobo about a week ago. It looked great and was growing the first few days. But now the pod is dry and the bottom leaves are yellow. The roots look great and are in the water, but should the pod be dry? The plant doesn’t look good.

Would appreciate any thoughts. Also do you think the plant has struggled too much and I’d be better off starting over?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Pod being dry with roots in the water is EXACTLY what you want. You can cut those two leaves off that are in front and the right side. Can’t say I’ve seen this before, but could’ve been shock from transplant?
