if you are going to infuse an oil for fried rice, id recommend sesame oil. It goes better with fried rice and Asian cooking. I think it should work like the coconut oil since they’re both fats at burn around the same temp.

Thanks @Stoned, that is a wonderful idea!!! I use sesame oil a lot and it won’t make my rice hard like the coconut oil sometimes can.
I’m gonna have to invest in some pretty glass to house these in. I’ll post a pic when I find the right vessel. Much appreciated!!!
