Are you using anything like hydroguard? How far into your grow are you? The roots do look suspicious, but that could be staining from bottle #5, the picture is a little blurry so it’s hard to see if the lower roots are covered with slime or if that is just the root.
Any idea what your water temperature is?
Does it look like bottles 3, 4, 5 have been dispensing? The spotting looks similar to calcium deficiency, but I’m not 100% sure. @Todd.grobo or @SilverGrobo may do a better job answering your question.
