As the new units are arriving, we’ve improved the setup process to simplify the calibration of the probes. Please follow this updated setup process:
- Once you finish the wifi setup steps and the unit is online and the user LED is breathing blue, close the app and do not proceed with calibration.
- Email our team support@grobo.io and let us know you are ready for your update.
- Our team will update your unit to the newest version.
- You can then continue to calibrate your pH and EC probes.
If you have already calibrated and updated your unit with support, you are good to grow!
