Sorry to hear that. I would try sending an email to the support team to see what they can do.
Mine arrived with a small dent on the side. Surprisingly, I’m fine with it. I’m usually ocd about having brand new things in perfect condition.

Well, looks like light is not functioning, or the door light as well.
Ugh, this seems to be the new norm! I consider myself lucky, this is how mine arrived… “this side up”

lol wow, the person who dropped off your box didn’t bother to read the sticker or he/she did not care. perhaps putting on bigger warning signs/stickers will mitigate these issues.

Damn, sorry to hear it. Believe someone else had this issue recently. The wires had disconnected in transit.
