Funny, looks like you cut it, it formed a knuckle, then kept right on growing. You are all good 
“is it okay” usually is answered with:
Are the leaves green?
Does it smell normal?
Is there new growth?
Are the leaves not curled, bent, or looking stressed?

Plant stems are connected. Is that okay?
From what I can see in the picture, the plant is thriving still: So, yes it looks like it’s going to be fine:

Can’t tell in this picture how bushy it really is: 
But my plant is on day 5 of 14 for late veg i feel as if the plant should be way bushier and taller at this point.
Show us a pic of the overall plant.
Really, it depends on environmentals a little and genetics a lot. Just keep it in veg until it hits the second fan, then flip to flower.
