I want to know if I should top my plant, and if so, is it too late based on the these pictures:
(Btw, I already pruned a few leave and branches at the bottom that were getting no light.)

Flip it over to flower asap. Its going to be too big for the unit and youll get a bad harvest

Yes it will stretch in both phases more. Just skip into transition now.
