Can’t get my door to consistently lock. Is there any trick to this? I push it in, but it doesn’t click. Sometimes if I keep trying it, reset my grobo, etc. it will eventually work, but I can’t get it to work consistently. Have looked and nothing seems to be disrupting the seal or the latch or anything, I’m stumped. Thanks.
It’s a weird little thing that lock. I had the same issue when I first got mines. You have to push the button then push with pressure in the corner you will hear a click and it will lock.

You might have to bend to tab a little this is what I had to do with mine

Okay so my door doesn’t open/close without some help. I have to just squeeze the door in and then I can feel the lock release and then with closing I just press it in again until I hear the click again. Then she’s sealed tight👌 That’s how mine is anyway, didn’t have to bend or adjust anything

By app, you mean my grobo io? I only see a way to open the door from there. Is there a way to close?
