Help grow lights flickering

Hey guys I have noticed that my Grobo grow lights flickers on and off sometimes does anyone know what this is and is it normal does it happen to anyone else

What do the User LED colours mean?

If its pulsing slowly like a heartbeat its good if its pulsing like a stop light its not connected to the wifi.

It’s not the WiFi light it’s the actually grow light in the box

You may have a loose connection between the board and light. If you email our team at support@grobo.io we can send you a pdf guide w pictures that will assist in some troubleshooting.
