Support Guidelines

If you find yourself in need of general assistance, this forum is a great place to start. If you have a specific question for the Grobo team and need help with your Grobo unit, this isn’t a great place to start. Here are the guidelines to ensuring we can help you with your issue right away:

  1. Email support@grobo.io as soon as an issue arises. Often a post on AllGrowers asking for help is not seen by the Grobo team right away.

  2. Include a good description of your problem, including pictures.

  3. You can speak to a Grobo team member by dialing 1 855-229-1770 between the office hours of 9am - 5pm EST, M-F

  4. Emails will be responded to during office hours, within 24 hours of receipt. (Excluding weekends)

  5. You can often find a couple team members online on AllGrowers nights and weekends too.

I’m on day 16 of grow and I havent noticed fan kick on what should I do

Try and do a reset on your grobo and see if it comes on, if not put in a ticket, ( it may tack awhile do to holiday vacation) in the meantime you can add small fans that run on a battery pack or batteries, or trail your cord outside the grobo door like I did.
