Hi, so I just planted og kush and the light cycle is 12 on 12 off…shouldn’t it be 18 on 6 off?

I’d ask if you reset the grow and started over; what day does the app say you’re in?
Also, check in Settings->Change Light Settings - does it say 12hr or 18hr in the app?
It might also help to change the schedule (move it forward or backward by 30 mins) and click save, then move it back and save again. Have found that sometimes just setting it again like that can help to resolve it.
Otherwise, send in a support ticket!

I didn’t start the grow over again…it started at 12 on and 12 off…it’s on day 10

Try changing schedule and putting it back – if that doesn’t fix it you need to open a ticket with support.
