This is about a month old. Is this a fungus or something else. What do I do ?

No fungus! This is just the plant adjusting to the ph of your water it happens!
Be sure to change the water out every week and continue to use both nutrient packets during water change.
This usually corrects itself after the first or second set of leaves! Post again in a week so we can help you keep an eye out!
