Hello guys my grobo keeps disconnecting from the WiFi does anyone know what to do ??

Is it random or a new issue? I would suggest rebooting your router and your Grobo and go from there. The grobo doesn’t require a constant connection by the way. If your Grobo is not maintining a constant connection it will still update each time it connects.
It has been happening repeatedly since I ended my grow and started using as a dry rack . It has happened at least five times in the last 3 days
I have my system in my living room next to my router
If you tried unplugging both router and grobo and that didn’t resolve it I’d shoot them a support ticket support@grobo.io it’s odd that it started happening with the drying reciepe.
Thank you yeah I sent them a ticket idk what’s the issue it disconnected the router restarted it and unplugged the grobo, but it continues to happen
That interesting. My unit was off line this morning, and it’s happened a few times this week. Hopefully it’s not a long term issue.
Has the issue continued for you??
I’m moving at the end of this month, so my units been unplugged.
