Can you post a pic of the stem where it goes into the cocopod? check for damping off

I checked but it doesn’t look like it’s damping off and th coco pod isn’t really that wet or moist, the stem looks thick all the way through also I’m not home rn lol

Can you post some pics of the stem? Get a shot of the stem from a lot of sides and where it goes into the cocopod. Can you also post pictures of your bottles so we can see what is going with them too?

Major update, my roots are completely clean now and the plant looks healthy and alive, I did some trimming

How did you clean the roots? Give the plant some time to recover 
I drained and filled waited like 8 hours then did another drain and fill and both times I put a nice dosage of hydro guard and left it alone, took a peek the next day and was like brand new, the whole water tank was spotless, that hydro guard really works
