Connection

It keeps disconnecting, as soon as I go to calibrate the pH meter it says reconnect, every single time. I reconnect then go to calibrate and it says not connected. I’ve been doing this for about 2 hours now and nothing changes.

Do u have a gen 2? If so I had to get my firmware updated before I could do anything.

Look under Settings / About and see if you have any updates waiting. Also look at your wifi signal strength in the same area.

Mine is very low and might cause some issues they said, so I ordered a $20 wifi extender that I will put in the Grobo area.

FWIW, I had a firmware update last night, both Grobo 1 and new Grobo 2.

This is what my app is stuck on I can’t do anything. I can’t go back and when I try to calibrate it pops up saying I need to reconnect so I reconnect then goes to calibration screen and it just keeps going on like that in a loop like that.

I went thru the same thing. Just contact support and they will update ur grobo so u can continue.
