That means it is searching for wifi I think. Open the app and look and see what the signal strength is.

Is it a slow-pulsing blue or rapid flashing? Rapid flashing is trying to reconnect to the known Wi-Fi pairing. If you do a power cycle of the unit, does it go back to the slow pulsing blue we are looking for?
