Not sure what’s happening @Stephen but I drained my unit and it continues to drain even though it’s completely empty and will not fill please help I already emailed you and messaged you here

@Stephen if you can please reset it so my unit would allow me to fill it up that would be greatly appreciated and we could address how to fix it after I harvest

Have you tried unplugging your unit?

@Stephen fixed it problem solved it was a wifi connection issue but resolved in record time thanks again @Stephen
