Hello fellow growers. I hope everyone is going well. I’m currently growing northern lights auto seed. I’m on day 2 of 14 of early vegetation. Should I wait for grobo notification to do drain and refill? Or should I just do it now? Again, it’s an auto seed. I would appreciate any feedback.

You don’t have to wait for the notification, but its best to do a drain/fill every 7 days. Then halfway through the week, do just a fill to top off the reservoir. Once I get to flower, I like to top it off twice per week between fills bc it will be a lot more thirsty then! Best of luck!
Further to chads post which is spot on. Top ups by using maintenance, fill do just that. No extra nutes
