She doesn’t seem to be happy leaves are droopy and turning yellow can someone help me trouble shoot

My first guess would be pH, the soil may be too acidic.

Agree with @vegetato Most common problem for cannabis growing in dirt is PH issues. Check your PH
Always gets more pickier in Flowering vs Vegetation. So what may have worked (no issues) up till flowering, may not be a positive thing once in flowering.
