Anything i should worry about? Is that an early sign its a male? New to growing
Looks to me like it’s part of the seed. Put a drop or two of water on it and see if it comes off on it’s own. If not, CAREFULLY pull it off with a pair of tweezers.

Think it’d do any harm stay on til she gets a little stronger? I’m on last day of germ. Switching to e veg tonight

It’s not keeping the leaves closed, so it might be ok.

I would remove it, it could potentially cause harm. Like @FireGuy said drop a couple drops of RO or Distilled water on it and gently coax it off using a pair of tweezers.
