What type of deficiency is this?

Hello. My 3 little ones have some sort of deficiency- these are my first growth in a pot. Any advice is greatly appreciated. One is Lemon Kush, while the other 2 are Big cheese

Looks like bug damage, are you seeing any tiny fly’s around your plants? Check top and bottom of leaves.

(I could be [WayOff] -But- I think your wet leaves are acting as a beam from the light that is being used and is Burning the leaves where they sit): (Try watering just the soil instead of the leaves):
