So i noticed that the 2nd bottle (acid) is almost gone after a week of use. My seed hasn’t sprouted yet, but the acid bottle of almost gone, while the other 4 bottles are still full. Should i submit a support ticket
Yes definitely submit a ticket, that is most certainly not right. Your pH meter is most likely out of calibration (or broken, or connected incorrectly). Out of curiosity, what kind of water are you using?

While your waiting for support did you Calibrate your ph sensor? If not please do.
Yes, sorry for the delay. I calibrated the meter 3 times myself. Each time it kept telling me that i needed to calibrate it after the process was complete. So i scheduled a call with grobo to determine the issue after i calibrate it with them.
