The grobo does not tell you anything about your water temperature btw.

@shadowcipher89 What was your max temp for reservoir? I’m hesitant to buy if I can get away with just hydroguard.

Two months out of the year, gets real hot in the garage - Im running high 70s(77-80) in my water reservoir - I put 10 ml of Hydro, and they are very healthy right now.
If I dealt with these temp year round, I would get a chiller.
I also do more resilient strains during this time as well - Currently running a White Widow & Northern Lights FAST Fem - Both of these strains pretty hardy.

Well that settles it for my first grow…no chiller. I deal with higher temps 4 months out of the year where I can only keep my AC at 76F without going broke. But if I can keep my res below 80F and get by with hydroguard, I’m all for it. Thanks for the response!

Yeah - Just keep a water temp in your reservoir so your at least aware of temperature. And always put a bit more hydro guard in. So far worked for me.
