Michigan allows 12 plants indoors with no license. We just need a license to purchase.

What do you mean to purchase. Are you saying that individual citizens can just grow 12 and smoke up but to buy in a retail/dispensary you have to be Cronicly ill with an authorization. Or do they have retail outlets for recreation but you still need a permission slip?

The first part! You have to have a license to go buy from dispensaries but you can walk around with buds if it doesn’t exceed a certain amount which I forgot right off how much that is and you can give anyone buds but you just can’t sell them because they want their profits when money is involved. They are still working to pass some laws to allow recreational purchases start.
