Unable to get through to support on an order

Anyone having issues with delays in their order. I placed an order a couple weeks ago and followed up last week and was told my order would go out this week. I have tried to cancel the order for 2 days now and only get a response that they are closed for canadian thanksgiving which I belive is over.
