I was trying to set up my grobo to the internet and it’s not hooking up and the one time that it did work it didn’t give the options to fill with water or open door or anything it took me directly to the grobo is website I’d really like to get going on my grow soon any help would be greatly appreciated
Try power cycling your unit if you haven’t already. Unplug the Grobo for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Also, I’m assuming you’ve already registered for app access here: Login | Grobo App | Automated Home Hydroponic Grow System this will give you access to your Grobo app in order to control your unit remotely. Otherwise you can hold down the chrome control button on the back of your unit for 3 seconds (you’ll hear a click and the window color will change if using Grobo Premium) to unlock your door.
