Topping or FIM

Hi, Im curious if I should begin ‘topping’ my plant. Its slowly getting back on track, but Im very curious about where (and when) to top.

As well, I think my plant is a Triploid, as its producing 3 branchs for each canopy. Could that be a promising yield once topped? (or Fimmed?)

first photo number 1 is what you want to top

@Todd.grobo thanks ! Where should I do this? The dotted line I’ve outlined, is that where I should do this? And do it now?

your 2nd photo witht he dotted line is correct the numbered locatiosn 1 2 and 3 are too low
The top will look like new sprout. Thats all you want at the base. I have a decent photo of that in my 707 thread. Split the plant from 2 to 4 main colas

Browsed your awesome 707 thread. Few tips I took for other areas, couldn’t find the topping photo tho.

Just cut the top of growth off where your dotted line is. Looms like a bunch of new ligbt color green leaves on the top. Not branches or anything. Its soft plant dead smack centre top of the plant. Hasnt hardened yet to be the trunk or part of it

Quick update, topped the new Veg and she is doing well. Extending schedule too.
