I just was wondering what could be causing this

Nutrient lines. Squeeze em all at each pinch point (bottle lid, grobo tray etc) to make sure nutrients are not plugged or clogged. Open a ticket to get definite on your water ph etc

Same thing happened to me. My hose was clogged by the pump
