If they haven’t replied to anyone this entire week and tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and no support hours on the weekend anymore, I’d say your chances are slim to none that you will hear anything back till next week… maybe.

It was only about the fan in Grobo 2, now it doesn’t come on at all. :grinning: I have my own so not a rush, but I would like to see “what they can see” as I wonder if some recipes are not updated for Grobo 2 and the new fans maybe???

To get my fan in the Gen 2 to come on I had to shift the schedule forward then back for it to come on.
