I put in a ticket today to ask about a few things. I will see if/when they respond.
If they havenāt replied to anyone this entire week and tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and no support hours on the weekend anymore, Iād say your chances are slim to none that you will hear anything back till next weekā¦ maybe.
It was only about the fan in Grobo 2, now it doesnāt come on at all. I have my own so not a rush, but I would like to see āwhat they can seeā as I wonder if some recipes are not updated for Grobo 2 and the new fans maybe???
To get my fan in the Gen 2 to come on I had to shift the schedule forward then back for it to come on.
