Supercrop the ones getting close to the lights. Use tie downs to keep them away
I looked up “Super Crop” and see that is basically bending the branches which was my 1st thought but I thought I might hurt Zimba.
Ok I will do it tomorrow when she is awake and will post some pics.
Thanks @miami5th
yeah my first grow AK-47 auto got too tall and I had these issues you are dealing with. Bend the branches and use the supercrop method. Turns out the branches that I supercropped have fatter buds!
Flower (Day 11/60) 8.25
Super Cropped her on my 1st try and slowly bent it until it snapped inside skin intact.
The longer one I ripped the skin so I taped her and stood her straight until it heals.
I also made a net out of Stainless Steel wire I had laying around. Hopefully keeps her from growing and she heals quick.
I have not had much time to update the grow like I would like. I have been doing all my changes as always and she is looking great.
I learned a lot from this grow and see some mistakes we made along the way which helps us with the clones and our other grobo.
30 days from harvest!
Ok so I have 7 days left of Flush left… should I be extending?
I looked at the trichomes they are not totally cloudy and about 10-20 % are ruby red.
Ginsenggggg!! Just look at those buds
@ChopJ yeah boiii super excited I extended her another 7 day flush because some of the buds still need to catch up. We didn’t trim this one much so it has a ton of buds too many and some are dying while others a flourishing.
Today marks the end of the 122 day cycle but I extended 7 more days of flush.
Are these from the grobo?
Yes they are all from the grobo
The Sour D plant has a very long vegetation cycle and gives off a lot of clones.
I started testing with clones early on and figured I could get multiple plants from one seed.
It is best to try and cut most of the clones you want to plant at the same time so they grow evenly.
I had clones that were like a month older so we had to wait for the smaller clones to catch up before
putting into flowering.
Not many ruby trichomes yet I might need to extend even more.
The smell is getting strong! now I know why its called Sour!
Took some x5 zoom pictures and also have been using my 16x magnifier.
The trichomes are now mostly cloudy but I struggle to find any darkened ones.
We will prob extend another week she is really smelling and looking great!
Indeed! goood!
