Yes I believe so. I didn’t fill the water tank all the way up and I pulled that white thing out the bottom as soon as the roots taped

Probably because the light is so low and humidity dome though

Most likely due to the humidity in my humble opinion, when my current Grobo plant was young I moved it to a closet with a humidifier and a consistent humidity of 60% really jump started her growth.
I previously used damp towels to help with humidity but anything over 50% should help speed up her growth if everything else is dialed in.

Lots of nutrients burning and she’s small . I had to calibrate ph probe .Day 20 and it already had stuff all over it ? Should I check it every water change?
