Root rot?

Could this be root rot? If so what can I do to combat it. I’ve already been adding Hydroguard at each drain/fill.

Don’t think so, the roots look healthy and so does the plant. Might be a bit of coco pod stuck in there? I do see a dark spot but overall looking healthy…

@Fastapp69 same thing for you as the previous answer… Doesn’t look too bad to me, maybe a tiny bit of staining from the nutrients. Overall healthy looking
