Nope i do not.
Vinegar didn’t work for my reservoir. Salt stains & a mild pond-ish smell remained. Food grade H2O2 worked.

@Todd.grobo after using that method to try and keep my CPAP water reservoir clean I gave up and switched to H2O2. Only thing I found vinegar good for is making it smell like vinegar until you rinse it 1000000 times.
I have honestly never had any luck using vinegar.

Best thing I have found for calcium build up is citric acid.

It was due to the water temp being about 72 degrees and more. Next time that happens try to cut the roots at the point where the black slimy stinky roots are and then sanitize your unit and try to put it in a place that is cooler. If that isn’t an option, you might want to think about investing in a water chiller
