Hey everyone had a question on whats the best method to add advanced nutrients to my grobo. I recently bought recharge and wanted to add it to my grow. I’ve seen people say to add nutrients to the fill water during the drain and fill and let it sit then complete the drain and fill. Others say to add nutrients after when the fresh water is in the reservoir and the grobo has released its nutrients. What should I do with recharge?

Do not use recharge. It causes more problems than it fixes. Just ask @SWSVIC why he stopped using it. Basically anything that is labeled organic is not a good addition to your Grobo. Organics tend to need a circulation pump, something the Grobo lacks, to keep the stuff from settling on the bottom of the tank. Basically stick with anything that is salt based. Anything with molasses in it is not a good idea either, it will settle and become a breeding ground for bad bacteria, along with making it a pain in the ass to clean out your reservoir between grows.
I tried an add on nute that came with my Orca in my tent grow. Within 2 days there was clumps of funky shit (probably mold) floating around my 5 gallon nute tank. I had to completely sanitize the 5 gallon bucket.
I would only use something like Recharge when hand watering and the mix will be discarded after the plants are fed. A semi-alternative to recharge is Revive, it can help fill in for any nute deficiencies. It can also be used as a folar spray. I use a little of it to spray my plant when I do a heavy pruning.

Thank you for the advice. I was told to you recharge by the grobo team when I sent in a ticket because my baby looked a little droopy and had some deficiencies. But after looking into it I won’t use it after all. Is revive mammoth p or any other nutrient additives I can use to help my baby cuz she does seem a bit small.

I have a circulation pump in my grobo reservoir. I simply stopped using Recharge because my PPM was/is very high and it seemed to be the most likely culprit, we now know that not to be true… the grobo doses are just running hot! That said there are better things than Recharge for Grobo, try MammothP instead.
