Fans shouldn’t be used in germination stage because plants are too delicate.
Did you make your own suoersoil?

I’m using foxfarm ocean forest for my soil… good to know thanks @Bplatinum9 I only have fans on because I have 2 girls in there that is gonna be ready soon to transfer to bloom 12/12
