I’m in the early stages of vegetation and I noticed the nutrients bottles are all full. At what stage and how are the nutrients supplied to the plant?

Your early veg stage so your bottles should still be pretty full until late veg when feeding starts to pick up.
Turn your bottles to the side and mark a line across with permanent marker so you can keep an eye on feeding and PH.
