I noticed the nutrients didn’t dispense after my last water change a couple of days ago. Is there any way for you to check this on your end?

How long have your current grow been running? What kind of water are you using? are you using any additives? this happens to me when my water ppm is too high when filling the grobo.
This also can happen when the EC sensors have buildup on it and may need to be cleaned.
