I must say with one thing or another my first 3 grows were a nightmare 
!! But this grow hasn’t had as much as a blemish & I gave 4 seeds to a m8 using a Tent & He’s the same

Drain and fill notifications are always on the day of the week you started the grow, with a reminder mid-week to do a top up.
I like to start mine on Sundays for that reason, gives me the time to do a quick haircut after the added nut.
also, seeing that you’re in flower, I’m not surprised you had to top up twice, I’ve been topping up every other day since mine has bloomed, they’re just drinking a lot.

Check your settings and make sure the tips are turned on. I was told you can pick your own day to do your drain n fills. This would also dictate the top offs (about 3 days later).
Set up your own schedule to change water and fill. Just check it daily.
If you had to leave for some days and you did not want to wait, you can do the change early so the girl does not sit in bad or low water. Just check the block when the notification comes.

Check the settings.
In there you can turn on and off the Tips. If it is off, that is why you are not getting the notifications. If it is on, then you have a problem.
As I checked I Just saw its tap shoot across to on so that looks like the bugger !

I did a manual Drain n Fill & Dose Last Friday expecting a top up Mon or Tues but I’ve had nothing !
My Tips are on so it must be a program issue ??

After a good grobo search & read it might be Tangled Roots around the water sensors !
Could someone please explain the best process … Starting wiv Where the sensors are !
Only all I’m seeing is quite a large root mass in the middle of the tank & if anything is smothering my larger Air Stone
Does make sense just some advice would be appreciated
I’ll try & sort a few pics of the roots tomorrow but she’s dark atm !!
Your grobo should have come with a clear plastic cover that shields your sensors to prevent this from happening, if not contact support they should be able to get one out to you ASAP! it is a 90 degree corner piece that just shields the sensors that is all.
Yeah what Hayden said. There in the far right corner of your reservoir. There little things that flop up and down. There should be a plastic cover over them like Hayden said. There are three at different levels 
Oh yeah the covers there & I’ve just had a feel & she feel totally clear around there !!
So looks like a grobo ticket is needed but I forget who I contact ???..
