Your coco is to wet on the bottom. U could squeeze it gently on bottom on the sides gently with a paper towel. Then push your pod up a little.

I actually trimmed a small amount off my coco pod before planting so I want have to push it up so much

Going to try a spreading anchor technique Ive only seen hear a wile back before I use my scrog for a more even & level canopy …
Really think my last grow issue was mainly My Tap Root Decapitation

Just remember pod should only be slightly moist on bottom side and dry topside. It will feed with roots.

Can someone tell me when does grobo starts using its nutes on a new grow ??
Everything looks ok its just No Nutes have been used yet & I never gave much notice before when they started !!
Going to do a water change Friday Notification or No Notification & check Dosing

Your next water change will start nutrient dispensing. If you did a drain/fill now it would dispense but just wait till the 2nd week water change.
