Has anybody notice no notification like to change water or re-fill notifications I haven’t seen one in like 2 weeks or is it just me
Is your Grobo updated to the latest firmware?
Did you turn on your notifications for the Grobo app?
Maybe do a reset and put in a ticket for the Grobo team—they have weekend hours now
All checked but even if they are not on as soon as you go into the app it tells you in the in app notification even there I haven’t gotten no notification for it and it’s up to date in firmware
I been getting the notifications, had one that it was thirsty a few days ago and yesterday got the one to change the water.
Ok yeah I haven’t in a while but been doing my weekly water change and stuff thanks for hitting me back on that subject
