Please help! I have yellow leaves and brownish roots!! What does it mean? What do I do??

Sounds like it could be root rot.
Can you share a photo of how your plants and roots look like?
What is your water temp for the roots?
Are you using any microbes to protect your rootzone?

I think it is root rot. I am going to grow another seed! Where do you get microbes?
