she is 27 days old and i guess we are close to the first topping …
i count already 5 nodes …( and top to cut down you can see in the third picture )
should i cut off even the small Leaves at the botton that look almost gone …isnt ?

we are at the day 32 now , !
last week i adjust my setting cliccking “PREVIOUS: Go back 1 stage, with 7 days remaining”
because i feel my baby was a bit …back .
Now 1 more node is appear and i guess its the right time to Top and clean/ defoliate a bit the botton canapy …?

Hey @kimba,
How many nodes are you counting on your plant my friend? Also, is she an auto-flower or standard photoperiod? I just topped and received a lot of great advice on it that I’d be happy to pass on to you.
Check out the pictures that @SilverGrobo posted above for directions on how to identify your nodes.
Yeah I can’t really tell how many nodes you have under the growth. So just count where every set of leaves comes out, you want to cut the 5th one off, so if you have 5 then I’d say you’re good, and you can take a couple leaves that are down in the dark there

a bit shorter then normal ( but lot of Leaves anayway) and considering its my first grow ever ,
i m bit hesitant …whta it will be happen in case i cut i node later ( i mean next node )
She is nortern light female ( from sendi seed ) standard

Count the growth sites (nodes), once you count 5 and your 5th has slightly grown out, make the cut using this tutorial:

I’ve come to realize that the first node gets pretty forgotten about once the plant stretches so I just cut them as soon as I can as to not waste growth.
This being your first grow you can experiment with things and see what works and doesn’t work for you and apply that to future grows. By the way your topping looks great

wishing everything is fine ,
day 48 …in last 7/8 days she earned at least 10/15 cm height, so quick !..And we are pretty closed now at the second fan , …i guess she look nice !
i suppose to defoliate now …mainly bottom leaves isnt ? …leaves that cant grow because hidden in shadow ( of top one ) … im a bit afraid to make some mistakes ,
does you guys , you have any video of “lollipopping” specifically in a grobo , weekly ?..or may be you know where i can source it ?
also i have to defoliate every week from now on ?

She’s looking good!
I would start removing some of the big fan leaves that you can see are now blocking light from any bud site you want to keep growing. You can also start removing the baby leaves and such from the lower section of the branches and stems to clean up all that darkness down under, and prevent all that lower growth from returning so your plant can focus growth energy more at the canopy, but beware… don’t take more that 20% off your plant at a time. I’ve found that It’s best to trim right before water changes so she has fresh water and nutes to recover quickly! Once she’s recovered you can trim again! It’s all about finding the perfect time frames to do it but it gets easier, and more familiar the more you keep watching her progress!
I wouldn’t do a trim once a week, you can tuck leaves down as well. I don’t personally have a video for lollipopping but all your doing is completely stopping the bottom half of your plant bare. Fan leaves and off shoot branches etc, you want to focus the growth on the tops
