It is just a tad…but not sure how you measure a tad!!! slight push it up a bit and you should be fine.

Over the edge should be fine as long as the pod not touching the water

Now I see why they recommended moving it up, its too far down but, then you moved it too far up! Flush with the lid it sits in.
