I received something that “my plant is thirsty” so we went to fill it and it did nothing said already full.
Is that OK and just a notice so you check it?

Notifications are not linked to actual data in your unit. They are weekly messages meant to educate you about the process of the plant. Drain and fills happen once a week typically on the same day and 3 days later we suggest topping up.
