Check your air stone to make sure it is working. Air pump on these units are known to fail.
Hi
Air Stone is which makes the bubbles in the Water?
I see the bubbles.
Do u know what your water temp is? Also do u have a picture of the roots? I would also definitely start a ticket with support.
hi
The Water temperature is 16 Celsius
I made one picture from the roots and another from the plant

Water temp is to cold. Should be 65-70 Fahrenheit. And your coco pod looks soaked. It shouldn’t be that wet.
How can I make the temperature of the Water higher ?do you have any advice?
Usually people need to lower temps. A small aquarium heater perhaps. I would try environmental modifications first.
Thanks the advice Fresh.
