By starting it this way, i just saved 10 days on my new grow.

You would do good to invest in the grobo start to save even more time on your grow!

One thing I’d recommend (if continuing to germinate this way in the future,) is to block any light from entering the area where the roots will grow. You could cover the whole jar with something dark with just the top part with the stem and leaf exposed to light.
There is algae growing here which is not desirable, but more importantly is showing that the root zone is getting too much light:
That might not turn into a problem of its own, but if the roots are being exposed to light they might stop growing (which is not what you want at this stage).
