Measuring Humidity

I’ve currently got 4 humidity sensors in my machine
They are each reporting something different.

Here’s their current reading:

  1. 45%
  2. 42%
  3. 39%
  4. 34%

The difference between the min and max is pretty significant.

Is humidity really this difficult to measure in a controller environment?

Do I use Median or Mean to get the best recording?

Do you have hardware that you trust and would recommend?

I use a Honeywell hygrometer. Seems pretty accurate to me. It’s always tough to trust instruments and know if you’re getting a proper reading. Like most instruments the more expensive the more reliable they are
