Is anyone else waiting for more than 6 weeks for their Grobo unit to ship? It seems like they are experiencing supply chain problems.
Have you talked with support about this yet?
If not please submit a ticket and let them know you need a eta on your unit!

There are a ton of companies that are hurting on production due to issues with electronics suppliers. Cannatrol units won’t be shipping till August/September

We are super close to shipping again! We really appreciate your patience.
Our most up-to-date ETA is 1-2 weeks, just awaiting the arrival of a part at our manufacturing facility. It is in Grobo hands now which is great news! The units are ready to ship once they arrive and get this part installed.
Let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to getting our current Grobo Solid/Premium orders out so we will make it happen as soon as we can!
