Has anyone had a problem with their LED light not working? I just built a new Grobo 2 and my light doesn’t work. I have tried opening tickets but support might be out this week.

Mine is working. I am sure you have, but have you unplugged the connector and reseated it and things like that?

Yep - this happened to us. Easy fix and they will send you the new part with instructions and get you back on track!
